"Hurley House is a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. I stayed in a superior room, which was very spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a few days, and I had the most delicious bath thanks to the provided bath salts! The fish and chips at the restaurant is some of the best I’ve ever had - moist perfectly cook cod with crispy airy batter. The English breakfast was also delicious. Service for the hotel and restaurant was great. They were prompt at communications with me, and let me know quickly whether they could accommodate my early check-in and late check-out requests. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area." October 2024

"We decided to stay here prior to flying out from Heathrow and turned out our holiday started a day early!! Room was decent size, bed very comfortable, bathroom had shower and bath and it even had an outside patio where we could have a drink before dinner. Food was limited ( due to refurbishment ) and had to pre order in advance but was very good. Service was impeccable from initial booking through to checking out. Taxi to Heathrow only took 25 minutes. So relaxing prior to long haul flight. Will definitely stay here again whenever flying out from Heathrow." August 2022

We requested an early check-in which was confirmed instantly and upon arrival we came into our room with a congratulatory message with chocolates as well as rose petals and towel swans on the bed - a lovely gesture. The food was amazing, the first night we ordered a takeaway from their takeaway service which was delivered to us as room service and the second night we dined in the lovely restaurant! The portions were generous in size. As a side note, the maid service was fantastic and the room was returned to pristine condition whilst we ate dinner. Items were hung up, laundry bags provided and the room smelled amazing. Continental breakfast room service was tasty with generous portions too. We will definitely return!" November 2021
