"This is how hotels should be. It was absolutely esquisite. The finishings on the building was amazing and consistent throughout and was echoed by the quality at every angle, from the welcome, to food, to service, you name it. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and a lovely place to be. We stayed during a very quiet period out of holidaty season and were still made to feel very welcome, were always asked how we were, and were very aware that any member of staff would go above and beyond to help out. Breakfast was very well done with a good choice and fresh ingredients and very well presented. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this place is the yardstick by which I will compare all my future stays, I really can't recommend enough" February 2025

"A superior Boutique Hotel located 10mins from Henley on Thames. Superior room has everything required to ensure our stay was 5 Star. Super Comfy bed and pillows, with a luxury bathroom to die for. "My girlfriend and I stayed for one night in a superior room. The room was cosy, warm and relaxing. All of the staff were excellent and welcoming, you can really tell the customer service is superior to any other hotels/restaurants. In particular the hotel manager George, who was fantastic to us. Our Hurley house vouchers that were gifted to us from my sister were lost in the mail. So George ensured we were given new vouchers (which we contributed to our stay) and a room upgrade. The food and service, were next to none. This was our second time staying at Hurley house and would recommend to anyone." January 2025

"The Hurley House is definitely the nicest boutique hotel we've ever stayed in in the UK. The room was gorgeous with all the amenities - see the website. Our dinner was excellent the Nigiri starter and the Turkey Wellington delicious. To end with a wonderful Tiramisu. The staff are so attentive and truly can't do enough. This hotel is on the main road to Henley and a short distance from both the M40 and M4 motorways and if you want a great night away experience then look no further." December 2024

"Hurley House is a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. I stayed in a superior room, which was very spacious, clean and had everything I needed for a few days, and I had the most delicious bath thanks to the provided bath salts! The fish and chips at the restaurant is some of the best I’ve ever had - moist perfectly cook cod with crispy airy batter. The English breakfast was also delicious. Service for the hotel and restaurant was great. They were prompt at communications with me, and let me know quickly whether they could accommodate my early check-in and late check-out requests.
