Hurley House Afternoon Tea

Afternoon Tea at Hurley House is the perfect excuse to meet up with friends, treat the family or celebrate a special occasion. We are located less than 10 minutes’ drive from Henley-on-Thames  town center and 10 minutes’ drive/taxi ride from Maidenhead Train Station.

We offer a Traditional and a Vegetarian Afternoon Tea, as well as our exquisite Japanese Afternoon Tea.

Indulge in a selection of sandwiches, freshly baked scones with clotted Cornish cream, delectable cakes, all served with your choice of exquisite teas. Make it extra special with a glass of Ruinart Champagne.

A must try is our Hurley House Japanese Afternoon Tea with a selection of delicious Japanese savoury bites and sweet treats, as well as a variety of Japanese teas including two special additions, Genmaicha and Hojicha, known for their aromatic flavours and health benefits.

Thursday to Saturday from 15:30 to 17:30

Minimum two guests. Bookings must be confirmed two days in advance.

Dress Code

We operate a smart dress-code in our house. Sports trainers, sportswear, flip-flops, baseball caps and shorts are not permitted. This applies during Afternoon Tea services in our restaurant and private dining room.

The dress code does not apply to the terraces, when in season.
