Hotel Reservations Supervisor
Hurley House – a multi-award-winning boutique hotel – is set in a countryside location, less than 10 minutes’ drive from Henley-on-Thames, Marlow, and Maidenhead.
We are looking to recruit a full-time Hotel Reservations Supervisor. We are offering a salary of £40,000 per annum, for 48 hours/5 days a week, including evenings and weekends.
The primary focus of the role is managing all day-to-day hotel enquiries, bookings, and hotel operation.
Previous experience in a high-end hospitality operation as a Reservations Supervisor or Manager is essential, as well as a passion for providing excellent personal service.
Main Duties
- Taking Reservation calls and replying to email enquiries
- Maintaining the online booking system, including managing dynamic rate settings and OTA feeds
- Getting involved with increasing hotel bookings and profitability
- Maintaining and delivering consistently high standards, providing industry-leading service to every customer
- Responding to all guests’ feedback
- Dealing with any complaints and finding satisfactory solutions
- Conducting Reception desk duties
- Working closely with the housekeeping team to ensure impeccable bedroom conditions and timely turnaround
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues, corporate clients, and guests, ensuring an inspirational service is delivered at all times
Essential Key Skills
- Strong working knowledge of all the Front Office operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Previous experience using ‘RezControl’, our hotel booking system will be an advantage
