Omakase, which translates as “Leave it to me”, is a unique dining ritual, in which your meal is carefully chosen and crafted right in front of you.
With 18 years’ experience in Japanese cuisine and 6 years specialising in the art of Omakase, our Head Sushi Chef will personally guide you through each course.
Omakase dining is an intimate, exclusive experience, reserved for up to 5 guests per sitting. Guests can be from different parties.
Please note that the Omakase experience is not suitable for children under 12 years of age, vegetarians or persons with food allergies.

For a longer, more immersive culinary journey, our 16-course Dragon Menu offers a greater variety of dishes featuring exclusive premium courses.
The Dragon Menu is priced at £185 per person.
Enhance your meal with our Sake pairing menu, carefully chosen to complement the richness and complexity of the dishes. Our bar menu and wine lists are also available, featuring a variety of seasonal cocktails, wine and Japanese whiskies.
Hurley House Restaurant will be closed for rebranding from Monday 1st June, reopening later this year.
Catering for hotel guests: We will continue offering our hotel guests full breakfast and preordered food platters including sushi for lunch and/or dinner.
Takeaway sushi: Will be available 7 days a week. Orders must be placed online a day before, for collection between 14:00 and 19:00 the following day.
Omakase Experiences: Our Omakase Sushi Bar will be offering a curated 12-course menu on Friday and Saturday evenings, for one sitting at 19:00 – bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
Afternoon Tea: Will be available on Fridays and Saturdays, from 14:00 to 16:30 - bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.
Private Dining: Will be available for parties of 6 guests or more, for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week, in both our Private Dining Rooms or on the Terraces (subject to a room hire charge).
Events: The Main House and our Garden Pavilion will be available 7 days a week for weddings, as well as private and corporate events, for up to 160 guests.
