” #HurleyHouseAtHome ” Competition Terms and Conditions
- The competition is organised by Hurley House Limited (known simply as ‘Hurley House’) of Henley Road, Hurley SL6 5LH, registered in England and Wales, registration number 9268092.
- The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
- By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please contact hello@hurleyhouse.co.uk
- Hurley House reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The competition is open to all, except employees of Hurley House, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or over. Proof of age maybe required.
- All entries in a calendar month shall be considered and a winner will be chosen by Hurley House within seven days of the end of the calendar month.
- Entries of any calendar month will not be re-considered in for the following month nor any subsequent months.
- The winner will be notified via the social media platform on which the winning entry was posted, within fifteen days of the end of the calendar month during which the entry was posted. If a winner does not respond to Hurley House within seven days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Hurley House will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The prize must be redeemed within two months of notification.
- The prize can be redeemed when placing and order on our online takeaway portal or mobile app, Wednesday to Sunday, excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and is subject to availability.
- The prize cannot be redeemed against any alcoholic drinks or against delivery charges.
- The prize can only be redeemed against one order and its value cannot be spread over multiple orders.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Hurley House reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond Hurley House’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of Hurley House regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The winner’s name can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Hurley House, Henley Road, SL6 5LH or by email to hello@hurleyhouse.co.uk within 30 of days after the date of the winning entry announcement.
- Hurley House reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, Hurley House will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of redeeming the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Hurley House. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Hurley House is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and will only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Hurley House’s Privacy Policy which is available on our website: https://hurleyhouse.co.uk/tandcs-and-privacy/
- By entering, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by Hurley House to administer the competition.
- The competition is governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Hurley House reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published.
