We are offering a basic hourly rate up to £12.50 including service charge (tronc) for a 5 days/week shift system including split shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

Duties and Key Responsibilities of the Junior Sous Chef:

Ensure all food preparation is to the specification outlined by the Head Chef and/or the Lead Chef on the shift
Deputise for the Sous Chef in his/her absence
Generate menu ideas for discussion with the Head Chef within the dish development system
Contribute, as requested by the Head Chef, to rota planning and training
