Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP). We offer an excellent salary package and a cash advance is available (up to a value of £1,000) to assist new employees relocating.

Our business is growing and we are looking to recruit an experienced, full-time Chef de Partie (CDP) with a salary up to £25,000/annum & a share of service charge (paid fortnightly).

Chef de Partie main responsibilities:

FOOD PREPARATION

Ensure all food preparation is to the specification outlined by the Head Chef and/or the Lead Chef on the shift
Ensure all recipes and preparation requirements are met
Respond in a proactive manner to the Head Chef and Managerial requests to undertake specific food preparation
Prepare food at an efficient pace
Ensure temperature, seasoning and flavours are to specifications
Ensure readiness for service and the pace is appropriate for peak trade
Take reasonable care to reduce food wastage

HYGIENE

Comply with all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, Allergen and COSHH requirements for the kitchen
Complete HACCP recording in line with requests from the lead Chef on the shift and/or the Head Chef

Having your own transport would be an advantage.
